Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability and
other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Timeline: From Pocket to You
• Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation via email,
SMS and/or WhatsApp.
• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS
and/or WhatsApp.
• Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to get your Pocket Grooming order to you on time. However, deliveries may
occasionally be delayed during sale periods, festive seasons, extreme weather, courier disruptions or
due to circumstances beyond our control.

Important Shipping Information
• We currently ship across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery PIN code.
• Certain PIN codes may be unavailable due to courier or regulatory restrictions.
• Orders of ₹599 and above after discounts qualify for free standard shipping.
• Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders up to ₹2,000 and carries a flat ₹100 COD
charge.
• Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours, Monday–Saturday, excluding
public holidays.
• Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• We work with third-party logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro locations.
